Antekqua has been a professional hair stylist in New York for fourteen years. From fulfilling her childhood dream of having her own salon by the age of twenty five to opening her first hair salon on 42nd street; at such a young age Antekqua had already open a salon in a high demand area and has been featured in magazines such as Essence, Black Men Magazine, Sophisticates Black Hair, and Black Enterprise just to name a few. Antekqua has also been featured on Lifetime TV & America's Next Top Model. In addition, Antekqua had the pleasure of working with celebrities such as Tyra Banks & Iman. Now having her second salon located in the iconic Fashion District in a private loft suite, Antekqua can also be found offering her expertise in hair extensions, natural hair, hair cutting & coloring in Norfolk VA.
