Michele (Patrice) is the former owner of Cultural EFX Design, Hyattsville, Md. where she blossomed in her careers by staying innovative, educated and creative in all aspects of hair care and hair design. She has a strong focus on the transformation of thee WHOLE person by way of infusing classical, gorgeous beautiful hairstyles while encouraging a positive atmosphere into this beauty experience.

In forming Transformations, Michele's daughter Sametta took hold of the venture and became her partner in this business. This is only the tip of the iceberg with Sametta's young, energectic enthusiasm and keen business sense being added to the salon.

She is the mother of six blessed children and one wonderful supportive husband, Preston Bailey, who has propelled his wife in all her endeavors in this industry and in their life.
